What GutterSquad Michigan is

GutterSquad Michigan is a lead referral service for residential gutter work across the Lower Peninsula. When a homeowner calls, we take down the basics — city, roof style, roughly how much gutter is on the house, and what is going wrong — and pass that to gutter contractors in our network who cover that area.

From that point on, the relationship is between you and the contractor. They visit the property, quote the job in their own name, set the schedule, and do the work.

We are not a party to that contract. We do not set their prices, hold their insurance, or supervise their crews.

What GutterSquad Michigan is not

Plenty of home-service sites blur the line between a contractor and a directory. This one does not, so it is worth being blunt about the limits:

• We are not a gutter contractor. No trucks, no crews, no roll-forming machine. The work is done by independent local businesses.
• We do not publish reviews or ratings. Any stars you see on a referral site are worth exactly as much as the verification behind them, and we have no third-party review data to stand on, so we show none.
• We make no claims about licensing or insurance on a contractor's behalf. Michigan requires a residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor licence for a great deal of exterior work. Ask any contractor for their licence number and their certificate of insurance, then verify the licence yourself through the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
