By using the Site or calling the number published on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this service is

GutterSquad Michigan is a referral service. We collect basic details about your gutter project by phone and pass them to independent gutter contractors in our network who serve your area.

GutterSquad Michigan is not a contractor. We do not perform gutter installation, cleaning, repair, or replacement. We do not employ, supervise, or control the contractors we refer you to, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them.

2. No endorsement, no vetting guarantee

A referral is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any contractor's licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, availability, or quality of work.

You are responsible for your own due diligence before hiring anyone. Michigan requires a residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor licence for a great deal of exterior residential work. Ask for a licence number and a current certificate of insurance, and verify the licence yourself through the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs before work begins.

3. Contracts, pricing, and warranties are between you and the contractor

Any estimate, contract, schedule, payment, change order, guarantee, or warranty arises solely between you and the contractor you choose. GutterSquad Michigan does not set prices, hold deposits, guarantee workmanship, or arbitrate disputes.

If a dispute arises over work performed, it must be resolved with that contractor directly, or through the applicable licensing authority, consumer protection body, or courts.

4. Informational content only

Pricing ranges, process descriptions, material comparisons, code references, and maintenance guidance on this Site are general information for Michigan homeowners. They are not a quote, not an offer, and not professional engineering, construction, legal, or insurance advice.

Actual costs vary with roof height, pitch, linear footage, material, fascia condition, access, season, and local market conditions.

Building code and permit requirements change and differ by municipality. Always confirm current requirements with your local building department before relying on anything written here.

5. Phone calls, recording, and consent to contact

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries.
Do not use the phone number or Site to harass, spam, or solicit.
Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, or bulk-copy Site content without written permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
Do not use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

14. Severability and entire agreement
